DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY 

1. Cancellation notice
IF YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE MISSED APPOINTMENT £45.
Reason for this policy:
Notifying me of your intention to cancel or reschedule 24 hrs in advance gives me an opportunity to schedule someone else for that time slot. This is important because others may be on a waiting list or may also be looking for an opportunity to reschedule for a different time. As much advance notice as possible is always appreciated.
This cancellation policy is standard in the medical and mental health fields and will be strictly enforced.
On occasion, there will be understandable reasons for missing appointments, but exceptions to this policy will be rare.

2. Late cancellations/late arrivals without notification:
We understand delays can happen. However, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. We may treat late arrivals as late cancellations and apply the cancellation fee. This ensures we can provide the best service to you and our other clients.

3. No-shows :
Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a £45 charge of the scheduled service cost. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future services or prevent booking future appointments.

4. Booking Deposit:
For certain high-value services, we may require a deposit of £45 at the time of booking. We apply this deposit to your service total or refund it in accordance with our cancellation policy.

5. Refunds:
Cancellation fees and service deposits are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for cancellations initiated by Physiohelp4you or other qualifying circumstances, as determined by management.

Gift certificate expires after 6 months from purchase.

Packages physiotherapy or injection therapy:
Package does not include the initial assessment appointment
All packages expire after six months from the date of purchase
All packages are non-transferable
Packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
All packages are inclusive of our normal terms of practice, requiring 24 hours notification for any change or cancellation of an appointment
